Kasia Szostak‑Lipowicz is responsible for ensuring and maintaining regulatory and quality compliance for PDx products. She received a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunication and MSc in Electronics, Photonics and Microsystems with distinction from the Wroclaw University of Technology. During her master's studies, she was awarded a research scholarship from the National Center for Nuclear Research and Foundation for Polish Science.

As a researcher, Kasia worked for research institutes, private companies and start‑ups throughout Europe developing sensor devices and procedures. She then pursued a PhD at Imperial College London, where she conducted research on the micropackaging for implantable neural interfaces, worked as a research associate at the Center for Bio‑Inspired Technology, and managed the cleanroom laboratory. Kasia is skilled in medical devices development,regulatory compliance and quality assurance and received risk and crisis management training from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
